      Sometimes you get a good service and sometimes horrible. Systems are not updated daily, so there's a glitch in the system. All your transactions are always pending for a week not updated daily like other bank and that's how they gets you with a overdraft fee even if you had enough money for your transaction that you made but due to system glitch your account sometimes will show negative balance. And top of that to get your money back it takes week. Bank manager needs to be more courteous and helpful.

      Awful customer service. The bank manager is determined to make each transaction as frustrating as possible and the rest of the staff, though helpful, just struggle along. Don't know how this bank keeps their customers, when there are so many other, helpful options just a mile away. Avoid at all cost
