      They’re super rude through the drive thru. This was my first time going to this location. I haven’t used my account in awhile and simply wanted to close and withdrawal everything that was in it. It became a huge problem. All of a sudden I needed a passbook? I never needed a passbook for that account. This one lady with glasses would not let me speak and was demanding for me to make an appointment or to go look for it and just hung up. I called up customer service and they were confused on why I wasn’t able to withdrawal money and told me I had a full access. I went to the location in Elmwood park and got my money in 2 minutes..
