      Horrible customer service , everyone you speak with has a attitude , it’s never their issue always tell you to call your bank , they don’t handle anything , no one has knowledge of the situations at hand , if I could go back I would not use this company , first time home buyer and my experience has been awful , feel taken advantage of to be honest , steer clear , shop around

      Customer service is non-existent. Website is unwieldy (if they are kind enough to grant you access) and they seem to be unable to handle even the simplest home mortgage. If they have bought your mortgage, I recommend checking your payments carefully. If there is a problem, just report them immediately, there is no particular reason to contact them as they will treat you rudely and then ignore the problem.
