It would take a novel to detail how bad our experience with Iowa Realty was. The realtor we worked with, Ken Kauzlarich, was beyond incompetent and unethical. We were mislead on selling our home in order to get us to purchase a new home. We were not given an accurate picture of sale price or the work needed to be done. The result was coming out of our transaction with $75,000 less then what the realtor told us we could sell for. That’s an absurd margin of error. Additionally, our realtor acted on behalf of the sellers of our new home to mislead us on negotiated repairs, acting as a dual agent without disclosure. This is a huge violation of ethical norms, fiduciary responsibility, and laws. Our realtor and the sellers realtor, also Iowa Realty, failed to disclose issues known to them, including failing to tell us the house needed a new roof after being informed so and failing to tell us a significant portion of our house did not have AC or heat, but instead had a dummy thermostat that controls nothing. I would never trust Iowa Realty. Choose your realtor very carefully, there is little oversight and the laws benefit them at the expense of consumers.

I cant say much more then this place can really perform for you. I just Sold and Bought a house using Iowa. They have all the services you could need including in house finance. Its not the cheapest place but if you want to get the house sold they they can get r done.
