  I’d give 10 stars to Josh and Brad if I could. I have now purchased my first home, refinanced it , and bought a bigger home with them in less than 3 years. My most recent home purchase was done from offer to closing in less than 3 weeks! This saved me two moves and a ton of stress. They didn’t just care about the deal they cared about my overall financial health throughout every process. Josh is a genius and has taught me more about finances than I even knew I needed to know. I feel so empowered. Brad is so responsive and kind! I recommend them to everyone I know. I won’t go anywhere else for my home financing needs.
