  I was helped by Elise yesterday on a slightly complicated business transaction and she was incredibly patient, attentive and friendly. I immediately took my cashier's check to Umpqua for deposit and the difference in the service experience was pretty stark. I think I may be moving all my banking to iQ in the near future. Everyone I have ever interacted with at the Williams branch is wonderful!

  Holiday hours should say closed. If they're not open why even place Holiday hours. It's closed during holidays not open. No such thing as Holiday hours if they're closed. Its especially annoying that this is my local iQ ATM and is almost always down or being serviced. And when it's being serviced, the team takes forever to get it back running. I used to work at a bank, I know it doesn't take an hour to get an ATM serviced. Update: maybe it's just the time frame I visit the ATM. Idk. But the credit union itself is great.

  Terrible experience had my relative come all the way from Washington to a branch in Oregon drove six hours to get here she was told she was preapproved for a $10,000 loan when we get here after sitting around for three hours with inexperienced girls working here we were told she was denied because the vehicle she had chosen was too old it would’ve been nice that if they could’ve told her that from the beginning they wasted our time they wasted her time and they also caused the seller of the vehicle great inconveniences as well disgusted!!
