      Upgraded since they fixed the website problems - Thanks. As noted below - let us know that it is happening and when it might be resolved to avoid a review below which happened after I called in. Thx ---------------------------------------------------- Normally a higher rating but for a week now the website has been very slow. I finally called and they confirmed same. They should post information on their website and twitter, none there btw, that they are experiencing issues. My tablet seems to work but win 10 with several browsers has the issue. Come on Iq, show the IQ and inform you customers so that we do not waste time.

      Make you sit for 20 minutes to tell me I don’t have enough information after we are half way through the process my address has never been a concern with any other organizations. Change of opinion have recently had good experience with this branch.

      Do NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE CREDIT UNION!!!!!! I have made on time and early payments for over two years on a car loan. The pandemic caused me to lose of my two jobs and now this horrible, greedy credit union is refusing to let me refi. My credit score is over 800. I have money in all my accounts and a credit card through them I have never missed a payment on! I was lied to twice about the "3 month no payment due to the pandemic" I asked twice and was told I would not be charged interest. This was a straight lie! I also paid for extra insurance and they tried to deny me the right to use it!
