      This bank is the best I've ever worked with. So helpful and knowledgeable. Loans are easy and fast. Their online banking is the best I've encountered. Will never go anywhere else. They have a customer for life.

      When you go in here the service is decent. But I came for a loan on a Friday and was told they will get back to me that night and if not it was a long weekend so might be Tuesday. I waited till Wednesday nothing. So I called the card my banker gave me on Wednesday and even emailed left a messege both ways asking if anything happened. Noone got back to me I actually had to go in the branch again to find out. 7 days they couldn't give me a yes or no? I had to take time out of my day to go in the branch I saw the same person no sorry no nothing I'm not saying any names because my Intention isn't to get anyone on trouble but that's total carelessness and my worst experience.

      I have never had a problem with any of the employees at any location until my husband and I were getting an auto loan. Dylan one of the loan officers was very unhelpful and terrible at getting back to us, he was also NEVER in. We had to talk to another loan officer to get things figured out, we then found out that he canceled our auto loan without approval. Unfortunately our experience with Dylan has dampened our overall experience and I recommend avoiding him for a smoother process.
