  Opened an account and because they are so short staffed and the staff they have are not trained everything falls to one person. It's a hot mess for everyone.

  I have banked at Ireland Bank for over 19 years and was very surprised this time by the treatment of the young lady that did my business. Her attitude was that she really didn't want to help me. It was very clear that I could use help with moving the chair. At no time did she offer to help. Then she called someone over to train and never once explained what was going on. And then when I told several things she did wrong, she acted like who cares. Ireland Bank needs to do some customer service training.
