  Irene is an amazing agent! I can send any client to her and know that they are getting the best possible service. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She also has great integrity! She doesn't tell me anything about the clients without their authorization. I appreciate her service very much.

  Amazing!! Stays in constant contact, extremely knowledgable about ALL loans, quick to get the loan documents processed and get the client moving forward. I highly recommend Irene at Umpqua!!!

  We waited for 53 days....to still NOT have a preapproval dollar amount. Calls, texts and emails took her a minimum of 4 days to return. Excuse after excuse still no answer. Watched house after house after house go off the market while still waiting for ours. Her excuse was always the same " the work load is very high right now". Cool then have your assistants/ coworkers assist you. 52 days! And nothing! Gosh I hope you all find someone more interested in getting you an answer- the entire experience was awful. I do NOT recommend Irene.
