      I've used Umpqua Bank since moving to town in 1991. Now, although as with any business, there have been some moments of frustration (welcome to real world) they have been overall fantastic and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks for many years of fine service. Charles Hurbis, MD

      Umpqua Bank allowed someone to steal more than $1500 from my account, with no notification. When I reported it, they "investigated" it and told me it was my fault for allowing PayPal to sign in automatically. Umpqua Bank basically handed the money over to a thief, and now I can't pay my bills. DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK WITH YOUR MONEY.
