      Stopped by service department due to service light on my F150. Was very put off by the service staff. They should no interest in helping or earning my business. There were two people working the front and one of them never even looked up from his cell phone. They were going to charge $130 to just hook up the diagnostics machine. Ended up going to Express Oil and they took about an hour to fix the problem and only charged $200 total - and made me feel like they appreciated my business. I will be in the market for a new truck in the next year and will not consider this dealership.

      My salesman was excellent, however 3 weeks after buying the car the dealership had to fix something with my anti-brake suspension. They kept my car for 15 days, then I had to call everyday to follow up. Finally they sent my car to Dodge to get fixed. When I finally called no one at the service department knew the status of my vehicle. I had to make all the follow up calls. When I finally saw the vehicle someone had been driving it...72 extra miles and left below empty and I was on half a tank when I left it. To say this was the worse service ever. The general sales manager called and I explained everything. He claimed that service may have had to drive the vehicle. NOT 72 miles worth of driving. I will not be going back and want my gas back in the car. 😤
