      Kimberly and her team are awesome! She helped me with a very messy 1031 and did great. I have buying and selling real estate for investments for a very long time and she is calm, zero drama and knows what's she's talking about. There's alot of brokers on the islands and she and her team have been the best so far. Very thankful to work for her.

      My husband and I had the privilege of working with Joy Gillette of Island Home Loans. This was the first time we'd purchased a home long-distance. Joy was awesome throughout the entire loan process. As many of us know, buying a home and applying for a loan can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming.
