Worst Ever ! In all my adult years, 62, and 8 past experiences of selling our homes, this was the worst and the first time I wished that I had sought representation of an attorney with regards to a title company's services . This is the first sale of a home that in its conclusion I did not have a feeling of joy or relief , but a sense of frustration and anxiety. From the introductory email to the final sellers statement, they laid the groundwork of insecurity. From a failure in establishing a proper escrow date , re-sending multiple documents to be resigned 2 -3 times, not returning phone calls , overestimating cash to seller by over 50 thousand and no notification of the mistake until funding, then finding out from my bank of a substantial overpayment of our home loan payoff. Then being told that there was no one available in either the Hilo or Kona offices that I could speak to personally with regards to any of these matters on the day of funding, this really upset me. Not once did I ever talk my assigned Escrow officer even after numerous requests . I should have read the reviews prior to engaging with them, Lesson Learned !

They hold your money if you are a seller. I will not use them again . first it was closing early, and now after closing day still no wired funds. If you are a seller find a diffrend company to close your sale. Or who knows when you'll get your money.
