      This bank is antiquated. Monthly fees, buggy app, constant overdraft fees (when there's plenty in savings,) pretty much no ATMs which increases fees, and God forbid your card is used fraudulently; you have to jump through hoops to get it corrected! My husband and I are closing our accounts as they just can't compete. Do your research there are some great options these days.

      I was a member of IBM for the last 15 years… As soon as I think took over it has been nothing but a nightmare. I would not recommend doing any loans through this company! Nobody knows what’s going on and you will be on hold for hours at a time. I’m pulling on my account from here after 15 years.
