Questions are answered promptly - if you have any- since they are very detailed and go through the process step by step. From the moment we found a home to buy, within minutes and after regular business hours we received our offer letter needed to secure the property. In this market that type of responsiveness makes the difference since homes are going at a record rate - there’s no time to waste. Moving to closing and going through those next steps can be overwhelming. The Weaver team takes the stress away and helps put your mind at ease. Even when the home we were purchasing closing needed to be pushed out - the team was on it locking in our rate so we wouldn’t be in jeopardy. Can’t say enough about this wonderful team. And I mean team. Each person passed the ball to the next seamlessly. Thank you all.
