  I would recommend this bank to anyone. I have been helping my parents with getting financial needs meet as one is unable to care for their self in this aspect any more. Courtney and the others there have gone above and beyond whatever should be asked of anyone to help us and to keep the accounts secure and for me to be able to track and assist my parents in this great time of need. As my parent has severe memory issues that prevent them from making good decisions and keeping track of money they have been more than patient with them and giving gentle reminders of what has been set up. I serve a senior community and this is a rare find for the way that they are able to handle these issues with extreme empathy and kindness. We will be forever grateful to them for their continued help.

  Stopped by my local branch today and was very disappointed in the experience. I was 'greeted' by an ever rotating staff that looks annoyed when you walk in the door. The woman who handled my transaction was displeased that I chose to come into the lobby instead of drive thru. She also was short with me when I asked about types of loans products, stating: "We only do mortgages & car loans." Well okay, it looks like I'll be taking my business somewhere else.
