      I used John for a 203k (FHA Rehab). I was told it was going to take 30 days to get a 203k inspector out to the property. I called John and he was out there in two days. He worked well with the contractor, and he was great with my kids, who were there as well. After that, whenever I called, he or his office responded usually well within 24 hours. He was very reasonable and professional to work with when I had questions or concerns. Finally, when the FHA Rehab fell through and we couldn't go through with it, John was generous enough to refund us a portion of our initial payment to him. To be clear, he had done all the work we paid him for, and he didn't owe us anything, but he still agreed to send us back some money, which was a classy move. Thank you John!
