      The lady's always have welcoming greeting and they are fast and friendly to me every time they even told me how good I was doing on my payments I've never heard that before from any financial company I really appreciate their service

      I bought a fusion from the and had it almost 9 months spent 6 of those months in and out of the shop for a transmission argued with for months about it trans kept over heating and all putting it into limp mode they bashed me for the amount of miles I drove for medical reasons the car had just had its oil changed before it went to get a transmission came back I didn’t check the oil and coming home from a medical appointment started knocking very badly through the engine I think personally they were trying to get rid of me . So the sabotaged the car the older lady in the office was very rude and I cannot stand that thief Tom I don’t normally bash people oh and on top of that they apparently repoed the car because I didn’t want there shop to put a engine in it I will add I was half a 90$ payment behind when I’ve worked at many large dealerships nothing but problems from them the whole time I had the car
