      The employees at this bank always go out of their way to help. We are greeted by name and the service is always professional and friendly. They really go above and beyond to meet your needs. Same in the drive-thru as inside. I highly recommend banking here!

      Horrible customer service in the drive through . Keeps putting holds on large checks for no reason. I see no good reasons to bank here. Taking our money somewhere else .

      This is my primary bank since relocating back the lovely pristine area. Always, it a pleasure to enter my bank in Clayton and be greeted by warm friendly staff, whom address me personally. I am able to take care of anything financial including, loans, Checking & Savings, CD & Money Market accounts, Stocks and Bonds. Personally, I recommend United Community Bank as I've done with acquaintances in the past, for all your banking needs based on my own experience.
