      Jack and his team were fantastic! Prior to home buying, I was told the lending process would be extremely stressful and time consuming. With Jack, this definitely was not the case. At one point, the lender attempted to raise the interest rate after we had already locked in citing they had made a mistake. Jack went to bat for us and ensured that the lender honored their mistake. Whether it was 6am or Saturday/Sunday, Jack was there ready to get the job done. Thank you Jack and team!
