  Jackie and Suburban Home Experts Did an amazing job selling our condo!! She met with us, gave us some advice, suggested we meet with a stager who gave us ideas for preparing the unit to list, and then took time to get photos of the unit with her professional photographer to make it pop!! She listed on a Thursday, had several showings that weekend and by that next Monday, we had a signed contract. We couldn’t have been happier!! Thank you Jackie and Suburban Home Experts!!!!

  Do not hesitate to trust Jackie Reed with both buying or selling your home. We have used her for both, and had great experiences each time. We just had her selll the home that she helped us buy 3 years ago and she was just fantastic helping us navigate through this strange post pandemic time where house prices have gone insane. What we appreciated most was her great knowledge on how to market and get the best offer for us. We had our choice of 11 and ended up accepting a cash, ”AS IS” offer for $48,000 more then our asking price. This was $80,000 more then any other townhome in our complex has sold for!   I appreciated the professionalism of the real estate team. I felt guilty that I didn't really have to do too much but worry about packing. They were always one jump ahead of me.
