Kim and her team are absolutely the best. Kim looks at the market openly and her goal is to get you the Best Price for your home. She isn't looking to convince you to put it on the market for a low-ball price just so she can sell it in a day without any effort. She sold our home for almost $100,000 more than our neighborhood's supposed "top" seller wanted us to LIST it for. Kim is available at all times for discussions and questions. She always had a team member available for an open house if she was already booked. Kim encouraged Open Houses unlike many brokers who either don't have the team in place to manage many listings or are just to lazy to have one. Do yourself a favor and hire Kim ASAP to sell your home for TOP PRICE! You won't regret it!
