  This is the 4th Jaguar I have purchased from Patrick Jaguar. Some of the reasons for my purchase history are- Fairness in negotiating price; and consistency of excellent Sales and Service. If I ever have a question regarding Service, Tony, Matt, and Ernie are always there to assist me. In the Sales area, I have been dealing with Roy for the last couple of years. On the new 2022 F Pace that I just purchased, Roy was very attentive to my needs as well as going out of his way to explain the intricacies of the new vehicle. And the management team including Joe and Nick treat me like family. It is a very friendly and low pressure environment with everyone interested in one thing...Total Customer Satisfaction. I would and do recommend Patrick Jaguar to anyone that I come into contact with that is looking for a great car with a 1st Class organization. Thank You Patrick!   The customer service and service is just not there. With an appointment, it took 4 days to change my breaks. I called several times no answer. They never call to give me an update or say my vehicle was ready. Whenever your vehicle you get a car service they ask, what is a good number to reach you at. My vehicle stayed at the dealership for 4 days and no one called. We pay a lot of money for our vehicles and service cost is over the top! The service quality should match the price of the vehicle. Jaguar of Naperville is the pits.

  Ordered vehicle in September 2021. Received price breakdown SIGNED by salesman or manager. Placed $2000 deposit. An implied contract was formed, consideration exchanged. Car finally arrives in March 2022. Now price is $4k+ greater. Dealer is voiding original promise. Bad business. What a shame.
