      I would give zero stars if I could. I purchased a vehicle February 28th that would be shipped out of state. Five months later I still have not received my title or registration. They had no problem taking my money, but still are asking for documents that they have. From the people that know the car industry, they believe this is a scam. It will be filed with the attorney generals office at this point. AVOID at all costs!

      Poor service, non-existent follow up. A whole lot of talk about the "Patrick Promise," but the experience in dealing with this dealership is actually painful. Bought a car from them over a year ago and, despite dozens of follow up attempts, we still don't have resolution to items they told us would be taken care of.
