  Jake at Midwest Equity was knowledgable, friendly, professional and understanding as every time we were talking over the phone my little ones would interrupt and scream! He made the refinancing process easy and my family members have also contacted Jake for their refi's. I was informed of the progress every step of the way. I highly recommend Jake at Midwest Equity!

  Recently, we did a refinance with Jake Rohrbacher at Midwest Equity Mortgage. It was one of the best finance/refinance processes I’ve been through! Not only did Jake make it seamless and painless, he went above and beyond by finding us an even lower interest rate, and helping us achieve our goal of getting some cash back in the process. We believe it’s partly due to Jake’s knowledge and skill, and also about caring about his customers. I had contacted Jake a few years back, but we didn’t follow through with a refinance at that time. However, Jake continued to send no-pressure, informational emails to keep us informed about market rates, etc. It was because of those emails that we contacted him when we were ready to refinance. We really appreciate all that Jake did, and what he helped us accomplish. We would highly recommend Jake, and Midwest Equity to anyone, and would be happy to do business again with him!

  Jake is really great to work with. He communicates clearly and is responsive. We bought a second home with him recently and he was awesome. The builder noted, "I don't like working with outside lenders, but Jake made everything go smoothly."
