      Don’t Waste Your Time. Not qualified to handle large loans. Poor communication and overall lack of concern for closing dates. James and Mark are great sales people, but lack of follow through makes them less than ideal. What a waste of time. Unorganized and overall lackadaisical. I nearly lost my entire escrow amount because this team was not forthright about closing. On the day of closing, no one was available to speak. I had to close with cash to not lose the property and my deposit. If you are trying to buy a home and need a mortgage, I can only recommend that you do your research. This specific group at Cross Country will cost you much more than any savings. As a physician, I put my patients first. I work very long hours and I spend a great deal of time paying attention to details. I expect this from those that I work with. There are many lenders out there. It can be very costly and time consuming to go with the wrong one. Avoid this team.
