  James Brunder was excellent!! He worked with me for the entire process making everything easier. From getting home owners insurance, an appraisal, a bill of sale. He did it all and happily with a positive attitude. Never once did he make me feel like a question was silly. Hes good at what he does and is very personable. Highly recommend!
