      James was a great loan officer who's knowledge is just as vast as his heart is in making sure you're getting the best deal/house that meets your goals. As both an investor/veteran James went above and beyond in helping us have the most knowledge for the personal home and duplex refi, we were hoping to complete. Although, neither went our way, james stayed available and open to any call we could need. I highly recommend him to any veteran, new homeowner/investor We will be doing business with him in the future and beyond!

      I called a handful of banks and brokers, but James is the only person who conveyed and explained the sometimes complicated loan and underwriting process in an easy to understand way. He kept me up-to-date on how the interest rates were moving, and found us a great rate. He is very communicative, knowledgeable about the market, and a true professional.
