      The owner is very dishonest person .he does not have any education except some one week online classes . His associate made a mistake and I lost several thousand dollars directly and indirectly .

      They did my 2020 taxes, the IRS needed a form completed from my 2019 taxes. I emailed the form and other info to Jim office plus I called on three occasions to make sure they received the info and that they were working on the form. Each time the front office person told me that they received the info and forwarded to Jim and he was working on it. I reminded her that the form needed to be completed and sent back to the IRS within 30 days ie September 10th. They assured me everything was fine. Well the deadline has passed, I never received any call from Jim about the form. This is very unprofessional. Be. Careful when dealing with this company.
