      We can’t recommend Jamile enough. He was super helpful and extremely responsive throughout the process, could answer every question we threw at him, and (importantly) was such a warm pleasant person to deal with, and never made us feel embarrassed to ask something “silly”. This was our first mortgage application and Jamile was great at explaining things slowly, methodically and in a way we could easily understand. We also had a few delays during the process (due to delays with the seller) and we appreciated that Jamile kept in touch and was proactive to check in, but was not pushy or intrusive during that time. Working with Jamile ensured we had a highly personalized experience with Loan Depot. From our initial pre approval application, up until closing, we dealt with a real person (not a faceless corporation) and it made all the difference. Thank you Jamile!
