      Want to waste hours of your time fixing problems Chase bank creates? Call Ms Betsey Roos. Even though you just opened your 3d account with these peoole and they know you - don't expect considerate or personable assistance - or in fact any pretense to even care about the problems they create with their screwed up website, failure to communicate and inappropriate interference in your personal business. In fact Ms Roos will tell you unequivocally to take your money elsewhere if you don't like it. Who do these people think they are? Are they the rudest people in the world or just spectacularly obtuse? Im done. Moving my 3 accounts to a bank that appreciates my business and treats my money like it is, in fact, my money. Goodbye Chasebank.
