Jason and his team were so easy to work with even though we are in FL and they are in TX we were able to do everything easily on the computer and over the phone. Got a good rate for our VA loan. Unfortunately we had some hiccups with our appraisal (from someone else) coming in over 2 weeks late but Jason and his team managed to make it happen and finalize everything in just a couple days so that we could keep our closing day! So grateful!
