      Jay is unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable. We're first time home-buyers and didn't have a clue where to start and then in steps Jay. He is amazing at explaining the process of purchasing a home and everything that leads up to it; at going over multiple options available based on our situation and explained each one in-depth so we could decide which would be best for us; and he has laid out everything we need to do to be in the best possible position to purchase a home.
