      Jay Johnston is the consummate professional. He is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and is the absolute best mortgage guy I have ever worked with. The best thing I can say about Jay is that he understands people; he understands their needs and goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure those needs are met. Jay is just a "people kind of guy" and it is getting more difficult to say that about someone these days. The mortgage process was smooth and it was a pleasure working with Jay and his staff.
