  Jeanine was AWESOME!!! As first time homebuyers we weren't familiar with the process of buying a home. Before Jeanine we felt lost, intimidated and even overwhelmed at times. Big box banks were not as thorough and had limited options. Credit unions were slower than molasses. However with Jeanine she responded quickly and got the ball rolling. Everything went smoothly and quickly without hiccups. She is very knowledgable, responsive and answers questions very well. She was truly a blessing to our family. We would definitely work with her again in the future!!! Thank you Jeanine!!!

  Best Refi experience ever! Completed two Refi's simultaneously recently. One on my primary residence and the other on an Investment property. Both processes were handled smoothly and calmly while the markets were going up and down almost every few days. Jeanine's guidance based on her experience with and knowledge of the underwriter requirements as well as her mature assessment of the market as we progressed through the process to completion was much appreciated. For satisfactory results without hype, definitely recommend Jeanine! March 8, 2022 Just completed another Cash-out Refi on my Investment Property with Jeanine Nucum. As the rates were going up, it was critical that all steps were completed correctly in timely manner. Jeanine was thorough, efficient and smooth in handling the complicated process all the way to the closing. Signing took place in time last Friday and the funds were in my Bank Account on Monday (yesterday). She stayed on top of the process closely from the beginning to the successful completion. Jeanine Nucum is absolutely the best!
