      Jeff worked with me on a loan that my credit union was hesitant to approve. His guidance and patience during the loan process and bidding on the house was great. I thought he had a very good understanding of not just the loan process, but also understood the whole process of obtaining a home during a time when the housing market was in flux. I can say he saved the day for me and my family. I really felt valued as a veteran of the armed services. I had thought the process of obtaining a VA loan was very complicated and had giving up on ever using a VA loan. I am very glad I met Jeff. I've always been hesitant to use my veteran status to my advantage, and he helped me realize that I deserved to use my VA benefits from my service in the USMC. He always took time to help with the many questions I had throughout the homebuying process, and he was very thorough when explaining the stages and nuances of securing a mortgage.
