  I was denied access to my loan information because the person I was talking to said that I couldn’t be me because I “was obviously a women” based on my voice. I was able to answer every single security question correctly down to the cent of my payment and I have worked in banking, and you are not allowed to deny a customer based off your perception of their gender especially considering ever growing population of trans individuals? I tried to ask for her name but she refused to give it to me knowing that I would try and contact her manager. Since she refused to give me her name this is the best I can do and I hope there are repercussions. Just be warned it is not a LGBTQ+ friendly business let alone friendly in the general sense. Fully unprofessional in fact.

  Honestly Debbie, is the most rude person I have ever dealt with in a supposed professional position she is suppose to be in. She called me- even though I have payments scheduled until the end of March that if they don’t receive $295.80 by noon on February 28 th that I need to bring my Jeep in….. Ummmm for one, things are rough on everyone right now, for two she doesn’t even bother looking at accounts before calling, for three my mother co-signed for me and even though I told Debbie my mother just had surgery yesterday that she would appreciate no calls- she calls her! She is rude! I have never not answered emails, text messages or called back if I was at work and missed a call. Yes I am a bit behind on payments- but I know I can’t be the only one trying to make ends meet in a world where inflation is everywhere you look and it keeps getting worse, and jobs not raising wages! Honestly if I didn’t already have my car payment through them I would never do business with them again. And I truly hope that if you are like me and the economy is making it hard right now that you DO NOT choose Jefferson bank!!! Yea I’m sure if your amount is in great 100% standing you are fine. But sorry I’m not that blessed at the moment stressing about every single Penny I spend!!!
