  POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is no way to talk to a branch to ask a simple question. What size safety deposit boxes does the Airline branch have available for an existing customer. The only person you can speak to is the main customer service in Baton which was of NO help. I explained that it was an hour and 1/2 for me to drive to the branch. The customer service rep said oh well your only option is to drive to the branch to find out what boxes are available. I am going to drive to the branch to close my checking and savings accounts and go to a bank you can get a simple question answered.

  Hi Kathleen, I am sorry that your most recent experience was not what you expected as our staff should have been able to answer a simple question for you. The only branch with safe deposit boxes for members is located at our Denham Springs location. Our branch manager at Denham Springs is Kristan Taylor and she can be reached at 504.348.2424 ext 538.
