Wonderful set up! I can come in and take care of everything before I go up to the counter! The staff is always very helpful and have a full understanding of what they are doing. I never spend more time than needed here like at other banks!

People very rude and unprofessional. To tell a customer they will not take your cash if you do not give social security number is absurd. Not the kind of service I’ve gotten during banking. No common sense whatsoever. Just trying to help a friend out who was out of town and needed money. What kind of world is this??

Charles, We are sorry that this policy caught you off guard but this is something that is mandated by the US Government which Financial Institutions must enforce. Below is an explanation of the policy. This is a requirement from FinCEN. The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) is a bureau of the United States Department of the Treasury that collects and analyzes information about financial transactions in order to combat domestic and international money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes. The reason we have to complete this on all transactions is because we do not know if additional transactions will be made later that day that could exceed the $10,000.01 threshold and we need to identify all parties involved, if applicable.
