  Dorothy worked with us to re-finance our daughter’s home. This was an excellent experience. Dorothy is knowledgeable, responsive, accurate, and minimized the amount of work we needed from our side. We highly recommend her.

  I went to Dorothy as a first time home buyer and having no idea what I was doing. At first Dorothy assured me I would get a good offer on my home loan . She kept telling me to wait until closer to closing so she could offer better terms. But as the closing date neared her offer kept changing with interest and closing rising substantially . It seemed as though she was taking advantage on my inexperience as a home buyer and the fast approaching closing to scare me into unfavorable loan terms, I eventually went shopping with other lenders and got a much better deal. I would caution first time home buyers be careful.

  Dorothy was absolutely amazing! She helped us smoothly navigate purchasing our first house this year. She was very prompt and thorough about explaining what to expect and what we were signing. She was easy to work with and easy to get in touch with. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a home loan in the area!
