  Jerry Avila and his team at True Path Loans are top par. They work with veterans and he listens very well to the clients he works with. He is also one of the hardest working people in the mortgage industry that I know. Also, his rates and closing costs are VERY competitive.

  Above and Beyond saved us thousands! Jerry wasn't our closing lender, but he found a way to make a huge impact anyway! We were in a sticky situation with the lender we were using, and some things didn't add up. Jerry was willing to look things over and found some issues that needed to be resolved. Through his feedback, we were able to focus on the problems and get them resolved which put us in the driver's seat and helped us negotiate a better deal. Jerry didn't have to take time to be so diligent working for someone that wasn't even a client, but he did. He says he's out to help people be informed and empowered in the lending process, and he walks the talk. That's true integrity.   I've been out of the military for 11 years and realized it was time to become a home owner. Jerry did an amazing job for me. He's very passionate about helping you achieve what you want/need within the realm of your financial possibility.
