      First and foremost, you don't tell a client that you're out on a date but using your phone to respond to them. Your client is your money maker. No client = no money for a date. It took my husband to step in because Jesse was extremely lagging and unprofessional towards me. He waited 45 days after we were eligible to purchase a home and submitted tons of paperwork before mentioning any grants that may assist us with closing costs/down payments. I would not recommend him to anyone wishing to purchase a home with a limited time frame to work with.

      Jesse was wonderful. He went above and beyond - taking time to explain things to me as a "first-time" home buyer. He suggested options for down payment and was able to beat other banks 'competitive interest rates. I highly recommend Jesse!
