This is for the log cabin rental portion of the company: A log cabin home was reserved for our Thanksgiving trip with family since May. Three weeks before we were to arrive we got a random email with a refund with no information. We also then later got a cancellation message from VRBO. I called Jet realty/ Log House Vacation Homes multiple times trying to figure out what happened. Finally we called from a different number and they answered right away. The property was sold and new owners didn’t want to rent. LHV/Jet Realty should have let us know the property was for sale and could possibly sell before our trip. The only help they finally gave was a phone number for VRBO to possibly help, which they couldn’t of course at this late in the season. This was very unprofessional.

They do condos commercial real estate and log cabins. They do not do rentals on houses or apartments! Great friendly staff!
