Once we decided to buy the car, he handled the sale very kindly, had the car prepared beautifully (and your detail team did a fabulous job, by-the-way), and spent a lot of time showing me all the features and helping me connect my phone etc. The finance person was also very organized and made that part fast and easy as well.
