Jimmy and Michelle provided excellent customer service and they have the compassion, knowledge and patience to make you feel as if you’re in the drivers seat during your home buying process. It was my first time buying a home and I had very little knowledge of the financial terminology and how things worked, but whenever I had questions Jimmy and Michelle made time and explained things to me. I never felt like I was just another box to be checked. I am an active duty service member and Ameris bank was tremendously knowledgeable with my VA loan and made the process very smooth. I can’t say enough positive things about them and am grateful for all the time and effort they invested in me to make my first home buying experience a positive one!
