In the past one year or so Joanne has lowered our mortgage rate TWICE, once at the beginning of 2021 and the other at the beginning of 2022. All at NO COST with no point and no fee. Each time we did check the outside market and yes Joanne’s terms were always much better than other competitors. Her devotion and diligence made her processing speeds amazingly fast . We were very happy and satisfied for her accomplishments. Facing the uncertainties of interests hiking from federal reserve We feel very lucky and deeply thankful to Joanne for her big contributions to our family’s mortgage needs. We for sure will always keep her as our first choice for all of our financing and refinancing needs in the future.
