  Elbert at Nu Level is amazing at what he does. There’s no other way to describe him other than a true professional and I highly recommend him for any Real Estate needs. I am Realtor who is always looking to work with other professionals. Elbert has helped many of my clients in obtaining a mortgage loan. He explained the process very well and in detail to my clients and have successfully closed every deal on time! Recently, I was in contract to purchase property for myself and Elbert processed my loan. I couldn’t wish for a better experience during the whole process. Elbert is highly knowledgeable with his work and knows exactly what he is doing. He responds promptly and always calls back by the time that he promises. Buying a house and going through the process of getting a loan can be stressful but I can say that my experience with Elbert was stress-free! I am so thankful for his help!

  Settling in our new home I reflect on our journey of how we got here. It all started with meeting Elbert of Nu level about 10 years ago. He helped my family sell my childhood home. Elbert was empathetic to our difficult situation , provided guidance and was professional. The wisdom that I learned from Elbert 10 years ago prepared me to buy my first home today. In between the times Elbert and Kenny also helped other family members buy their first home. Elbert, Thank you for believing in us and supporting us to get our dream home.  Kenny, Thank you so much for being by our side every step and guiding us.  You guys are truly the best and such good people we can trust!

  Elbert and Danita have been great help to my home purchase transaction. They are professiona, proactive, and responsive. I am a real estate agent and have worked with many loan agents before and I have to say that they are the best that I have ever met and will be my go-to from now and on. This transaction that Elbert helped me with went through quite of bit of complication and even the title officer said that she had never dealt with a transaction like this with her 30+ years of experience. But Elbert pulled it and I am truly appreciative.
