Great service and fast response. When I call I get Angel or Joe. They care and want to help. Joe even came out to Lancaster County to meet with me once. Great rates also. Thank you.

Worst Customer Service. Very rude and unprofessional. Do not trust Angel at all. Joe Feeney never returns phone calls. I have been a customer for over 20 years. One day Joe Feeney himself canceled my insurance. He admitted that it was his mistake. He reinstated my insurance and a month later it was cancelled again. I was never notified. Furthermore, Joe reported to Lexus/Nexus that I had an at fault accident. That was incorrect as well. Over the 20 plus years I never had an accident to be reported on my file. As a result I can not obtain reasonable insurance and ended up paying $300 per month. Before all this I was paying approximately $60 a month. I would definitely agree with the other one star review posted by a previous customer. He lacks professionalism and is not responsive. His staff is untrustworthy.

I have done business with Joe Feeney for fifteen years . I have my cars , house and extra liability through Joe . Anytime I needed some extra attention to a situation , Joe’s office responded quickly and professionally .
