Gerry and his team are incredible! About to have our second settlement with them (and have done two prior refinancings) and each time they have been friendly, trustworthy, responsive to all questions (even the most basic ones), and have made what can be a painful process feel easy. They walk through the process with you as a friend and ensure you get to the settlement table fully prepared.
